Anyone desirous of participating in the Colgate 'Little Dentist flies to Hong Kong' Contest (hereinafter referred to as 'the Contest') may do so subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which will be presumed to have been accepted by him/ her.

1. Purchase of any Colgate products is not a condition precedent to participate in the Contest.
2. One can participate in this Contest by completing the Pledge card and mailing it to the PO Box mentioned on the form. An entry shall be considered valid only if it is duly completed and the same is received on or before 29^th February 2012. A person sending a valid entry in the aforesaid manner shall hereinafter be referred to as 'the Participant'.
3. A Participant may send in multiple entries. However, a Participant can only win one prize under the Contest.
4. This contest is being conducted from 15^th December 2011 to 29^th February 2012.
5. Only Indian Nationals, who are resident in India, can participate in the Contest.
6. Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'Colgate') will select oneLucky Participant from the list of valid entries for a 3-day trip to Hongkong. This one lucky participant will henceforth be referred to as 'Winner'
   1. Winner can take along one friend whose name is mentioned in the contest form (henceforth referred to as 'partner') and their respective Guardians for the trip,
   2. The Winner, Partner and their respective Guardians must hold valid Passports that do not expire till 30^th November 2012, failing which, the prize shall stand revoked and Colgate shall be free to select another participant as per the guidelines mentioned above.
   3. It is mandatory for the winner to accompany his/her Partner on the trip. While the winner can choose to go alone, Partner is not entitled to undertake the trip without the winner.
   4. The date of travel must be between 1^st March 2012 and 31^st May 2012
   5. All travel and accommodation arrangements will be made by Colgate through Cox and Kings Ltd. The choice of airline, flight and hotel will be at the sole discretion of Colgate.
   6. Colgate will bear the cost of economy class return air fare, visa, hotel accommodation, breakfast, and pre-scheduled sightseeing trip to Disneyland for the Winner, Partnerand their Guardianfor the entire duration of 3 days. Any other expenditure beyond those mentioned above shall be borne by the winners.
   7. In case of rejection of visa of the Winner or his/her Guardian for any reason whatsoever, the prize shall stand revoked and neither the Winner, nor the Partner will be allowed to undertake the trip, in accordance with clause 6 (c). In such a case, the prize shall stand forfeited and Colgate shall be free to extend the prize to another participant selected as per the rules outlined in the Contest Terms & Conditions
   8. In case of rejection of visa of the partner or his/her guardian, the Partner's trip shall stand revoked. The Winner may still undertake the trip with his/her guardian subject to other conditions. In such a case, the Winner shall not be allowed to nominate someone else as his/her Partner
7. The Winner will be contacted by Colgate directly and the process to claim prizes is mentioned below:
   1. Nominated representatives of Colgate will email/call the Winner directly by 7^th March 2012
   2. The winners will be required to provide identification proof(PAN Card, Passport, other government issued ID Proof) and copy of the passport
   3. After validating the claimant's identity, Colgate will honor the claim as per the prizes communicated in this contest
   4. The winners of the Disneyland Trip will be separately notified of other procedural formalities and to communicate the details of the trip
8. Persons participating in this Contest authorize Colgate to send voice messages and SMS alerts/email messages including promotional messages to their telephone number or email id, which has been provided by them to Colgate.
9. The winning Participants shall be contacted on the mobile number and/ or email address or communication address provided in their respective Entry form. In case the Winner does not respond within the prescribed time limit (which will be communicated at the time of communication of prize), the Winner's prize shall stand forfeited. In such a case, Colgate is free to extend the prize to another participant in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
10. All prizes, including the Disneyland Trip and merchandise, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Colgate will not be liable or held responsible for any loss of entry forms in transit by post or lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom and E-mails service provider.? No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
12. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, its holding company; Quasar, Bates, Net Core and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
13. These specific Terms and Conditions for the Contest are in addition to the general Terms of Use governing the use of all Colgate websites including www.colgate.com
14. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
15. The holding of the offer is subject to force majeure conditions.
16. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies, necessary permits? as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free Prize/s, shall be payable by the Winner of the respective prize.?
17. Colgate reserves its right to change, discontinue, extend the contest and/or the terms and conditions thereof without requiring to give any prior notice to the participants.
18. To the extent permitted by law, Colgate makes no representations or warranties as to the quality and suitability of travel and accommodation, which will be arranged through Cox and Kings Limited.
