Dave, Age 6 We speak Waray in my family, but I also speak Tagalog and English. Our climate has two seasons (rainy and dry). You'll see lots of monkeys where I live. In school, we draw animals. I get to school by way of a motorcycle or tricycle. My favorite pastime is playing basketball and soccer with my friends. I also like watching cartoons, reading fairy tales, and making art creations. After school, I do my homework, and then I draw. On my last school field trip, I enjoyed the art display at the Calbayog Art Gallery. If a person visited my country for the first time, this would be one of the places I would take them. When I grow up, I want to become an artist. |
