Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has today announced Voluntary Retirement Scheme for employees at manufacturing facility at Aurangabad. This initiative is being undertaken to address the long standing issue of surplus/idle manpower and to strengthen the Company's long term competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market environment.
The various elements of the voluntary retirement scheme such as medicalcoverage, etc. have been formulated in keeping with the Company's high corporatestandards.
Date : September 06, 2004 Place: Mumbai With the phased availability of import raw materials, Colgate-Palmolive (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has resumed its operations effective September 05, 2004.
