Mr. Mukul Deoras - Managing Director Mr. Mukul Deoras joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2004 as Director, Special Projects for the Asia Pacific Division. He later became General Manager of Colgate-Palmolive, Thailand where he led the team through significant sales and profit growth achieving record high market shares in oral & personal care products. Prior to taking over as Managing Director, Colgate-Palmolive India in February 2010, Mr Mukul Deoras was Vice President and General Manager - Personal Care Global Marketing. Under his leadership, the Personal Care business delivered strong organic growth in 2008-09 with outstanding improvement in its profitability in a challenging economic environment. Prior to joining Colgate - Palmolive, Mr.Mukul Deoras worked at Unilever India in roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing and Sales.

Executive Vice President & Chief
Financial Officer Mr. Elias joined the company in 1976. He held a series of significant positions
in Colgate-Palmolive Company's
subsidiaries at Zambia & Boston, at the corporate headquarters in New York and in the Asia-Pacific Region
including joint venture activities in
Vietnam, South Korea and Indonesia. Prior to his moving to India he was Finance Director, Asia Business
Development Group of Colgate-Palmolive
Company, USA.
| K. V. Vaidyanathan - Vice President, Legal
& Company Secretary Mr. Vaidyanathan is a lawyer with varied professional experience and
expertise in a broad spectrum of corporate
laws, economic laws and intellectual property rights. He joined Colgate-Palmolive, India as Company
Secretary in 1991. He has made significant
contributions to the Company's growth and implementation of investment plans and business strategies.

Rajesh Krishnamurthy - Vice-President, Marketing
Mr. Rajesh Krishnamurthy joined Colgate-Palmolive, Malaysia in 1996. He has since, held a series of significant
positions in Colgate-Palmolive Company's
subsidiaries at Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Most recently Rajesh was the Marketing Director in
Colgate-Palmolive, Venezuela. An
Electronics Engineering Graduate from Vellore Engineering College, Madras University and an MBA from Asian Institute
of Management, he has rich and varied
experience in Sales & Marketing. |
Shekar Bharatwaj - Vice President, Customer
Development
Mr. Shekar Bharatwaj joined Colgate in June 2003 was appointed Vice President Sales in September 2005.
Earlier he was Associate Director Sales,
of the Mumbai Branch and under his leadership the Branch has been a consistently high performing business unit. He
has been at the forefront of some of the
most important sales initiatives at Colgate-Palmolive India. An Engineering Graduate from IIT Delhi and an MBA from
the Faculty Management Studies in New
Delhi, Shekar has had 18 years of rich and varied experience in the field of Sales & Marketing prior to joining
Colgate.
| Surendra Manek - Director,
Research & Technology Centre
Dr. Surendra Manek joined Colgate in 2001 as Associate Director of Technology responsible for the
Multi-Category Group. He joined Colgate from a
leading pharmaceutical company where he was Director of Corporate R&D and QA. At Colgate-Palmolive India, he
is responsible for providing Technology
support to the Indian company as well as the Africa Middle-East Division. In addition, he is responsible for
providing support to various Technology
programs at our Technology Centre in Piscataway, USA.

Laurence Wheeler - Executive Vice-President,
Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Mr. Laurence Wheeler joined Colgate New Zealand in 1988 and has held a series of significant positions in
Colgate-Palmolive Company's subsidiaries at New
Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Australia, South Africa. Most recently Laurence was the Director of Manufacturing for
Colgate-Palmolive, Philippines where he
vastly improved the manufacturing operations and performance. Laurence will be responsible for the overall
Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain within
India and Nepal. He will focus his efforts on optimizing all manufacturing operations, delivering superior customer
service, improving product quality and
EOH&S while continuing to reduce the total delivered product cost.

Aditya Singh - Vice-President, Human Resources
Mr Aditya Singh initially joined Colgate-Palmolive, India in 1994 in
Human Resources and was with the company till 2004. During this period,
Aditya made significant contributions in organizational development, rewards and
performance management, succession planning, employee and industrial
relations. He re-joined the company in 2008 as Vice-President - HR. In
the interim he was Director - Corporate Human Resources & Global Consumer
Health Care at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited. Aditya has varied experience
in the field of HR leadership and management combined with Finance
(treasury and insurance) and non-life insurance (Operations Business
Development).

Sarala Menon - Vice President, Customer Service &
Logistics
Ms. Sarala Menon joined Colgate-Palmolive India in December 1997 and was appointed Vice President, Customer Service
& Logistics, in July 2009. She has over
20 years of rich & varied experience within the supply chain. With her vast experience in the fields of research,
sourcing, logistics and planning, Sarala
will focus on strengthening the alignment between the supply chain and the commercial organization, enabling the
company to closely focus on the customer
and the shopper to deliver growth, innovation and increase speed. She is a gold medalist in Chemical Engineering
(National Institute of Technology, Warangal)
and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
