My summer Training at Colgate-Palmolive India was an intensely exciting learning experience. The best part of my training was the exposure it gave me to a really motivated, hard-working, team of knowledgeable professionals. My mentor gave me insights on what it takes to pursue a career in FMCG Sector.  

It was a good experience for me as I got to see how the company values the research & analysis we do.

I think the Internship was well structured and defined. I completely enjoyed my experience at Colgate Palmolive. The people around me were really helpful and supportive throughout my stint and treated me as one among them. It was a good learning experience for me as I was able to apply the techniques learnt in college to the business world.

I am glad that I chose to work at Colgate, this summer, not only because of the experience that I gained but because of the people I met. My experience here definitely exceeded expectations.

The Summer Training Programme at Colgate-Palmolive, India exceeded my expectations I set for the summer. The two-day induction was great with the senior management giving us a broad overview of the organizational landscape.

I thoroughly enjoyed the market visits as it gave me an opportunity to meet different people across different strata and each one of them had something to offer which was either directly or indirectly related to my project. Not to mention, folks at Colgate-Palmolive were wonderful and the inclusive culture made me feel belonged.

Thanks to my internship at Colgate-Palmolive, India, I gained first hand information in ‘Modern Trade’ and it helped me to understand the FMCG sector which will prove invaluable for my future post graduate programme.
